No-start problem solved!!

Of course it was the last thing I tried--bellhousing sensors were coked up pretty badly, and one of them was fried. Removing the shrouds of brittle plastic that the vaporized male connectors left in their female mates, took longer than actually removing and installing the sensors.

Good to go then, I will try another "new" coil to see if that is what my problem really is.
