The square root of an elephant is a radical elephant.

I've seafoamed the tank/vacuum lines, set the timing, cleaned out the throttlebody (haven't actually removed it, but sprayed it w/carb cleaner, wiped with rag, even did a seafoam spray clean), it keeps dieing. When its cold, it idles, when I'm coasting at speed it idles, when I brake to a stop-dies.

It actually idled for two weeks (just started driving it) then all of a sudden quit the other night.

Go for it! :D
What I don't know I can usually find. HTH:

TPS?
Did you adjust the idle when warm?
Are all vac lines connected correctly and clear? (edit: Well, you seafoamed them. nm)

Sounds like a pretty common problem. See:

Update:
I cleaned my IAC and replaced the connector to the TPS (mine was shot, and I made it worse by giving it a coolant shower when I failed to retighten the radiator cap after cleaning the IAC) and it is sooo much better. It still has a miss somewhere, but no big deal. It also got cap/rotor/wires, and will see plugs/valve adjust soon.
