Considering a TCD S1 kit for my daily driver and I am wondering about emissions testing. I have a bi-annual emissions test here in Maryland that I would need to be able to pass.

Does the TCD S1 kit adversely effect emissions testing?

Nope. We have had cars pass in MA, CT and NY all of which have the most stringent emissions standards in the nation.

And mine passes the MA emissions without a cat. Though mine isn't a TCD S1 or S2... more of a bastard, redheaded, thalidamide damaged, heroin addicted, short bus ridin' stepchild with a hockey helmet, turbo system... with two heads (one hockey helmet).... but it all works out the same.

"Biennial" means every two years. "Semi-annual" would be twice per year.
