Typical horrible IRS launch but the sled pulled pretty good and ran a 13.61 @ 105mph. It'll go faster. I didn't have time to remove the 3.46 so I had to shift into 4th near the finish and that killed the momentum. Car ran 83mph in the 1/8 which usually translates into a 107mph in the 1/4.

That boat can fly!!!! That's pretty funny that an old thing such as that car can stomp 90-95% of the cars on the road today :p

Changing to 3.07LSD which will put me at 6200-6300rpm at the finish line. Also looking at 26x10.5 M/T DOT Slicks. This car can easily run 12s with a launch!

As a side note a 2004 GTO ran 14.0 and a C6 auto Corvette ran 13.65 @ 104! Wish I could have lined up next to either of them!
Good numbers. That 745 will move once on boost. Here is what Matt G. in Dallas is able to do with a 65,000 chipped 745i: 13:38 1/4 mile, 109MPH I think he was running a 3.91 in it.
Yeah, he has an awesome car. Practically brand new and running big boost. I do not have a problem with lag as Matt does. I have a problem with spinning the tires. Either way the 60' times of both are horrible. His site says 13.50s @ 109 on 108 octane fuel. No time slip though. Car has 26,000 miles total. I have talked to Matt. He is a nice guy.

Send me a deposit and I'll put it in storage! BTW, price has gone up $250 with the addition of boost gauge, stainless exh tips and OEM NOS rear spoiler.

Who cares about the Paragon - he sells evil telemarketing machines for a living!

from mcsmk8.com - "The Mark VIII has been tuned to "Bypass" the "Zapper" type devices. Your calls will get through!"

Todd:

Nice numbers! I have an e28 project that I will be talking to you about. I am looking for similar numbers (RWHP) that your 745i is bringing. It won't be until next year as I am in the middle of my current project. Top Secret at this point, but I will "out" myself when the project is near completion. Next will be "Operation Turbo 2" as Duke has already cornered the market on OPT1. Feel free to contact me with any info. Again, very respectful numbers. Nice job.
