The stock gasket accepts a larger bore.

They are still coming. Delivery has slipped but they are in the que. 95mm bore is too big. They are good for +1mm.

Todd, My original question still stands then. Are bigger bore 'one offs' possible?

I'll take one. My engine may need to come apart for diagnose and fix the stinkin noise. I do not want to go with the stock HG when I reassemble.
Duke, what is this noise you speak of?
It is a knocking. Had it from the first second I got the engine running. I have had at least 4 experienced mechanics listen to it and all think it is in the top of the engine. Of course the cylinder head just received new exhaust valves and all the rockers, rocker shafts, associated hardware and cam is brand stinking new. I did have the rockers and cam coated with a dry film lubricant. If the noise was coming from the bottom end or pistons, I figure that the engine would have failed by now. It has over 2000 miles on it and was running 8 psi boost with no problems other than the noise.

Once I get back next year, I plan on taking it to a BMW expert and have them figure it out. It has me stumped.

I just got to get it fixed before I dyno the car and raise the boost to 20 psi.
