After yanking the top end and oil pan off the beast I'm glad to say that nothing abnormal was found save for a couple of exhaust nuts that had worked themselves a bit loose. Now the fun can begin :D :D

B35 top end, head studs, oil cooler, new oil pump (as long as I'm there type thing), head gasket and various other items to allow for more snort. Drive shaft, tranny mounts, beef up the swaybar mounts a bit more and finally some much needed tunes.

That ought to keep me out of trouble for a while.

Sounds liek what i went though not too long ago. I cant wait till you got it all back together. Im getting back to my baby this weekend. Havent touched it since Sept 17th ~_~

Snap a few pics of your cyl head and lemme see what an S2 does to a head or bottom end.

The head I pulled off was unscathed. The bores appear just fine and still have the cross hatches in them even with 160k on the clock. There's no sign of abnormal wear anywhere. It goes to show how bulletproof these motors are and how well they take some pretty serious abuse.

Once the head gasket gets here the motor will go back together right away. I can't do pics right now. My daughter has the camera for a week !@#$
