how to disassemble Garrett T3

I need to take one of these apart and I cant figure out what to do next. I have all the bolts out of the turbine housing, but it doesn't want to come off. Do I make a puller of some kind or rotate it or what? The compressor housing has a large circlip that doesn't want to move either. Is there a special tool for it?
