It is owned by a BMW CCA member in CA.

That's funny I was looking thru old VW Porsche mags and this car was written up in 92.

Hmm, the pic and ebay listing says '83 but the info at the bottom says '81...

W/ 225hp, does it really eat e30 m3's for lunch? An e30 m3 had 190hp stock, less weight, and I think they're tuneable to around 225 w/ some mods.

Nice car, but I think I'd rather have a TCD e30 or e28. I do love the look of e30 m3's though!
