I have very little use for the phone. The only set handy is the fax and it doesn't have caller ID. My work phone is a clunker, I don't use outside of work. As for a smart phone, the one i have is already smarter than I am. The buttons are too close together for my fingers , the screen is too small, the volume is too low..

Yes, today is the day and you can really feel the electricity in the air. In the spirit of Christmas, I've decided to lower my parking fee to $10.00 this year.

Just finished watching Joe Bonamassa at the Royal Albert Hall, on a PBS broadcast out of Tacoma. A great guitarist and a decent singer.
I laughed, I cried; I had shivers down the spine! Check this guy out.
Oh, and I love my Klipsch speakers. The ears are ringing, but in a good way.
Did you catch the RollingStones and Muddy Water's Live from the Checkerboard Lounge from 1981. Buddy Guy, Lefty Dizz and other were there. too!
It was on right before Bonamassa.

Both were good!

Very cool, Leonard. Can they be used for home defense? Seriously.

Oh...I just had a thought come to mind. I just realized who the "world's most mysterious man" (Dos Equis beer commercial pitch man) reminds me of...the men's designer warehouse ("You're gonna like the way you look, I guarantee it") guy.

Speaking of projectile weapons... Not sure of how something like this would be useful, but still pretty cool. Want.

*NERD ALERT NERD ALERT*

Yesterday night I had to re-engage my SCRABBLE skillz against some new friends who mentioned scrabble before I did.
Some notable words that got the win for me:

HOAX (TWS)
LIFER (TWS) 52 pts
... and my favorite from last night...
FEEB (TWS) 42 pts

I didn't get any Ss or Blanks or the Q, but those Triple Word Scores really put me ahead.

4 person game and I got 215 points. Not bad.

I'm pretty rusty on my two and three letter words, gotta start studying again.

Agreed. I sure as hell don't want to get shot with it. With that said, all my home defense solutions are gunpowder powered.

This evening's menu... polyethylene glycol, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride; who can guess what happens tomorrow?

Don't drink and Ebay because you might accidently buy something like this.

Maybe there will be a '80s themed party or something.

Today I was at the stoplight where I saw a bank robber get nabbed a few years back. It was surreal to say the least.
Rather mundane day when I looked up and saw this dude wearing a long overcoat and looking like Prince run out of the bank. He darted back and forth and then turned and ran straight into the arms of a uniformed officer who came running down the walkway. A few shots rang out as they struggled and I remember not feeling threatened because I could see all hands were pointed downward. That cop had spun "Prince" around and had him standing and cuffed before my stoplight had changed. I looked around and no one had really noticed. Traffic just moved.

It wasn't cold enough to wear the vest but I know it would have been a big hit.

There are some cool dentists. Mine is. His DD is an E39 Dinan M5. It used to be a E36 M3, but now that's the track car, currently with a blown HG I might add. Project car is trying to put a 57 Bug body on a Boxter. Last visit his assistant had to chide him to work as we were BS'ing about cars.

But he's still a dentist and I'm still miserable in the chair. :(
