I had an original coolant hose splitting and oil seepage from the return tube on the eta, so I did coolant hoses, return tube stuff, intake gaskets and such.

Besides swapping in a spare ECU to see if it would fix my surging idle issue (it didn't) I gave Vlad a wash.
Tomorrow he's getting a fresh coat of wax (actually a new sealant I'm trying).

Yesterday...new window guide and window wipe on the driver's door. I figured out a "work around" to keep the window from rattling when down if you can't get them all the way in. Cut what you can't get in off and then cut a 4" piece to stick in the rail below, front and back to grab the glass, through the holes in the door.

Not today, but Saturday and Sunday. Gave her some Hankook Ventus RS3's and ran her on the track for the first time.

Was Memo in your windshield or rearview mirror?

My driver seat is broken and trashed on the M5, so I've been using the passenger seat as the driver's seat since I got it, since it's almost perfect.
I have a set of beige e30 sports, so I used some 3"x1/4" flat bar and mounted an e30 passenger seat. I'll do the driver's seat sometime, and eventually recover the seats, when I redo the interior leather.

Bought some new-to-me front struts to replace the who-knows-how-old set its had since I got it.
Also did a little more work on resealing the M20B25. Closer to swap time...

Going through the car after the last track weekend. It's also getting a new RF wheel hub today, just waiting on Santa to bring it.

Took Al out for a drive in the cool weather today. Windows down and sunroof open. Enjoyed the heck out of the exhaust tone. Also enjoyed the 20 more HP the cool weather has brought !

Also put some 10mm spacers on it. MY GOD is it wide. Going to have to go down to like 5mm and a fender roll when it gets lowered (it gets tracked, none of that stance shit here).

Replaced the diff mount - the clunk is gone
Update: 9/29/13 - re-glued the rear driver side window to the window bracket - hopefully the glass won't fall into the door anymore.

Replaced the brake bomb. Pretty easy job. It was hardest on the pocket book @ $100 but well worth it.

Fixed my trunk spring and installed my rear headrests with the help of a buddy. He was willing and able to crawl into the trunk for both jobs. Thanks Jason! Happy to not use a piece of wood to hold the trunk open now.
