I just got an air vent in the mail. Same size box, etc. as reesesboot. Paypal froze the money and the seller has up to 10 days to respond. Looks like we all got screwed.

I'm interested in what random parts are in the boxes. Also, call PayPal and tell them that sending the item back will cost more than $25 - or 25 times the worth of the product depending on what's in the box. The representative told me after I ship the product PayPal will reimburse me up to $25. Hope everything works out.

Amazing that the guy doesn't even have the decency to send a Euro part in lieu of the bumpers.

I got fooled too. He sent me a broken dash vent. What a complete douche. At least send something interesting or useful. Thankfully I sent it through paypal so, fingers crossed, I will get a refund.

I just received my dash vent as well. My car will look a little goofy with this thing strapped to the front end.

In the process of receiving a refund. I shipped the package back to Bulgaria but USPS did not offer a tracking number once it gets inside the country. I'm not sure yet if my customs number will track the package once inside Bulgaria. I recommend to the other buyers NOT to ship with USPS and go somewhere else like UPS and get FULL tracking. I'm worried that the shipment cannot be confirmed as delivered let alone him admitting it was received. Either way, if things get sour, a PayPal representative said we can escalate the claim to review his account activity. Since we were ALL scammed within one week and opening claims I think we'd have a good case. Unfortunately, the rep said MyE28 posts and PMs are not valid evidence because we cannot "prove" that we are the people behind our usernames unlike Ebay which is bullshit. His PMs stating his paypal account matches the OP from the original ad. Hope PayPal comes through.

Called paypal yesterday, they had trouble getting the tracking number from seller, so they refunded my money. It's crazy though, I haven't receive any package yet, but I guess all the complaints led them to this. Hope it worked for the rest of you guys.

Good to hear paypal came through. I went thru this a couple years ago when I bought a transaxle that was supposed to have a quaife diff installed. When it arrived, I stuck a bore scope in the fill hole and saw it was a stinkin stock open diff. I called paypal and got the funds frozen immediately. They seem to always be on the buyer's side.

Got my refund from PayPal today. Only my ego took a hit and not my wallet. Thankfully, the tuition was low as I learned about buying cheap parts from strange sellers in a far away place.

To those of you who got the refund from paypal, what exactly did you have to do?
I called them to start the dispute, but everything Ive read about escalating it to a claim says that they will dismiss it. Howd you guys do it?

I filed my claim and elevated to dispute online and after about 2 weeks I got tired of waiting so I called in and they looked into it and decided it right away to refund me.

I disputed via PayPal online and waited 14 days for the seller to respond. Surprise, surprise, he didn't respond to the claim. PayPal made a determination in my favor and processed the refund today.

I hope you get your money back too.

Why don't you guys take a dump in the box and tape it up real tight before shipping it back to him?
