My neighbor needs an obscure nut... STILL looking

Post by shagrath »

She needs the nut that secures the wiper linkage assembly to the body. No 14 in the pic. It is a 22mm nut that is very thin and has fine threads.

She needs two of them STAT. Thanks!

as he freezes to get them off. I just hope it works out on my neighbor's car. He has had issues with his wipers since before he bought it.

E34 wiper retaining nuts are too big for e28 fitment. I need these from an e28. My neighbor needs atleast 1 (her husband managed to salvage the other).

Still looking.

Seems like if your "neighbor" wasn't a dumbass she would have gone to the dealer and spent $15 instead of paying all this shipping for shit that doesn't even fit. She would have been back on the road in about 2 days.

EDIT: Jesus Christ. Just took 2 minutes to look the damn things up and they sell for 16 CENTS each. Under a dollar for both and no one wants to go to the dealer. Wat dafuq. This is hopeless.

A pair went out in the mail today in a business size envelope. I gave it an extra stamp in case it was a bit over an ounce or a bit too thick for the standard rate. My mail carrier thought it would be fine.
