I'm finishing up my TCD S2 and was wondering: in the pictures of the engine, you don't have any vacuum lines going to the green top sender on the top of the thermostat housing. Do we not use these or is that something specific to the Megasquirt set up? Also, where did you hook up the vacuum line from the unit off the fuel rail and the unit off the intercooler pipe? Are they connected to each other?

That green top sender on top of the thermostat housing is for charcol canisters in US 535's My 533 luckly didnt have that that crap installed, but its not hard to delete it if you really want it gone.

Bout to get insurance on my BMW in the next few days. FINALLY !

Thanks for the info on your valve cover refurbishing. No rush, but if you do have the name of the products you used handy, I'd appreciate having them. This very minor project is on my list of To Dos for the summer.

Did anyone at 5erFest happen to get some video of you drifting the auto-x course? It was neat to watch...
