T4 Hot side size?!

Post by smhheidari »

What size of hot side are you guys running?

Im shooting for 500whp stock b34 block + b35 head.
Got E85 setup already done and ready to go.

Im running 44mm and RSI turbo manifold non split pulse.
3.5" straight exhaust.

.58 or .69

It's going to be very laggy with 7.4CR and the tubular manifold and B35 cam.

Probably 9.0CR. Use a b35 bottom end if avalable.

Which E32s have the b34 style mounting casting blocks?

I heard before 1/88, is this correct?
ETK doesnt show any difference between pre 88 and post 88.

I'm with TCD.... I would go up in compression for sure.... even if you just get back to 8:1 with a stock b34 head

To help answer your question though, I'm running a 6266 with a .81 hot side and getting full boost (20-21lb) at ~3300..... this is on a b34 with a b35 cam

Borg S300 .91 twin scroll. Currently at 17.5 psi with e85. Full boost by 4kish. Stock b34 with some headwork, valves and a PB cam. Still taking it easy with the tune, I'll have more concrete characteristics when I get on a dyno. So far the car doesn't feel too laggy.

That's just it, twin scroll m30 turbo manifolds are pretty much all custom built to order.

Which S300 are you running? Getting a smoking good deal on a new one and can decide between the S362 and S366.
