Which Borg

Post by Bigdoug92 »

So long story short getting a good deal on a new Borg and get to pick what i want but can't quite make up my mind.

The immediate goal is 400 rwhp with room to grow to 600+.

Seems as if twin scroll is the way to go but is it only useful if you have a twin scroll manifold as well? Read good and tight can custom make one?

I am leaning towards the BW S366 .91 A/R T4 divided and 3.5in v-band. Another forum member said he is running this and getting full boost by 4k ish. That seems like a little to late for boost to come in. Will be running MS3 so could raise redline as an option.

Anyone have an opinion or advice?

Ended up going with the S366 .91 A/R etc. When i get everything going i will try to do a little build thread. Ill eventually pull the motor and up the CR to hopefully help it out.

Good choice.

I had a huge rant on rpm and lag these ridiculous people say but...
Just fucking rediculouse. Downshift you fucking NOOB.
Do they cruise at 40mph in 5th gear and expect there to be full boost 30psi at 1,500 rpm??
Or do they even WANT 30psi in 1st gear off the line. WTF are they thinking?
NOOBs I want to piss up their assholes dumb ass retards. 300hp subaru drivers and shit worrying about
how a bigger interecooler will create more lag waaaa waaa waaaaa, r u kidding me. weak ass noobs.

Anyway good choice
I think i'm getting the same one maybe.
