Had a good transatlantic purchasing experience with Collin380.

Front Bumper was as described, well packaged and promptly despatched. Communications were clear and concise.

Recommended as a seller and will purchase from him without hesitation in the future.

Thank you Alex for an excellent online transaction and rising to the shipping challenge, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Mick

Vines Automotive

I'd like to advise you all against dealing with Vines Automotive. David responds quickly with a quote, but if there is a shipping error, he will not respond to e-mails or phone calls. I have filed with BBB and posted on RipoffReport. Evidently, my experience is not unique.

Just wanted to report a great experience with Mateja in New Zealand (M M on the forum). When I needed a seat base unique to RHD cars and he didn't have one, he managed to locate one for me and gave a great price on it. On top of that, the package arrived at my door here in the US much more quickly than some domestic purchases I have made! He was very helpful and communicative and I would happily do business with him again.

Wasn't unique to RHD cars. All US cars before 11/84 had them.

Well, anyone that had one in the US was unable or unwilling to sell one to me then. Alas, I'm happy with my purchase and the transaction was smooth, so no regrets here.

Kudos to Blackhella of e28goodies.com. I ordered a crack free dash. It took a bit of time with shipping due to the holidays, but it arrived in perfect shape. It was packed very, very well. My DM/emails were always answered quickly. Pleasant to deal with. Thanks!

e30s50 in eastern Washington (really it's western since he's west of the Cascades) tried to get out of refunding me for shipping an instrument cluster that cracked during transit due to him not shipping with any padding or insurance. Luckily I paid the PayPal 3% and they ruled in my favor. But he started to ignore me after it became clear that he was at fault. If you order from him, insist on insurance and for him to protect it properly, and also protect yourself with PayPal.

Shout out to George (Blackhella) for the prompt shipping and great packaging from Bulgaria. He was very responsive when my package was accidentally routed to the wrong state by USPS and I was trying to figure out what happened. Items arrived in great condition. Would buy from again!

I just purchased an euro front valance from "duff" also known as Dāvis Jaudzems. I must say that I am extremely disappointed in the transaction. It arrived in a timely manner and I was not in a rush to get the part. Nevertheless, upon opening it I noticed some decently sized dents on the top of the valance. Whether it happened during shipping or it was already like this and he didn't catch it I am not sure. I have emailed back and forth with "duff" sending pictures and asking for a partial refund and fixing it or sending me another new one. "duff" replied to my 4 or 5 emails with one response saying that the damage won't be visible by the the outside of the car and you can just "beat it from the inside to fix it". For the guys running the euro front ends please go look at your car and tell me you can actually see this spot in between the headlamps and chrome bumper. Regardless if you can see it or not, it's a brand new part and I expect it to be dentless.

I work in the collision repair industry and if anyone else here does or knows anything about it "beating" it out will not fix it or make it look like anything.

Since my disappointment with duff and the unresponsiveness I have opened up a claim on paypal to resolve the issue for a partial refund. We will see what happens.

I've had a couple of great experiences with "dogabon", I just got the light switch panel I bought from him and can't complain. Also, a few weeks ago bought from him some euro fog lights and signals... I received all in great shape and well packaged. Would do business with him again.

Had a good experience purchasing a radiator from RandomCar. Thanks!

E30s50 is a deadbeat seller, as far as I can tell. Recommend steering clear.

Fellow member "dogabon" has really nice hard to find euro parts and fairly priced. Provided tracking info. Not sure whether it was Spanish postal service or USPS, but it took a while, so be patient.

Thanks! At this moment, all parcels shipped to USA have a lot of delay due to your country customs security inspections. Parcels arrives to USA in a few days, and local customs need about two weeks to give to USPS. I'm sorry, but nothing to do using the Post services.
