I found this manifold in a box. Does anybody know which manufacturer it is?

Figured it out. It is a cartech manifold. It is the same as another one.

Turbo and wastegate are mostly worthless but the intercooler is awesome.

I think the water/air is built into the intake manifold IIRC.

Not in the one pictured. I have owned two of the intercooler/intake combo. Wish I could buy one.

I might have one of those intercoolers stashed away someplace. Hell, I might have even bought it from Todd. What are they worth these days?

I remember. No, but I really admire those intercoolers and am starting a collection. I bought one last year.
