New member looking for some feedback. I'm actually a E24 M6 owner, but given the similarities I figured I should join this group as well...
I'm replacing the brake lines in my 1988 US M6. There are some aftermarket ones available, but they typically don't note a M6-specific (non-base 635) front brake hose (rears are common between M6 and base 635). I see the situation is the same for 535/M5. Wondering if anyone knows definitively the difference between the two front brake hose parts?
Base 535/635 hose 34321159889
M5/M6 hose 34321159901
Is it just a length difference?
Thanks

M5 vs 535 Front Brake Lines - Difference?
Re: M5 vs 535 Front Brake Lines - Difference?
Slight difference in length and it does not seem to matter at all.
