e28 Common Issues?

There is a bmw 1984 533I for sale near me for 800 CAD. It needs new front brakes, fuel pumps needing replacement soon, and it burns oil.

My qgeometry dash breezeuestion is - are there common issues that I need to look out for? I have been on mye28.com and been looking at the issues but can't seem to find anything serious or concerning - other than the car is 30 years old.
