Im wanting to turbo my M30 in my E24 what is a reliable safe number to shoot for on stock internals? M30 has 147k and is in great shape.

Anything less than 300 rwhp is a waste of time and money. Shoot Todd @ TCD an email. He will explain it all. Good luck and keep us posted.
