My question is this: How did you mate the turbo with the 745i manifold?

I fabed up an adapter(about 4 hours work but man it was kinda a pain in the @ss .,I did this because i got the 7 manifold for 120$ and the steel to fab the adapter for 45$ (i would like to have the tcd manifold but i thought the turbo is the most crucial part and couldn't afford both. If i new how to post pics i would post one.......

Just make sure the FMU is not adjusted too tight at startup. With that setup you car will run rich at startup untill it adapts. Make sure the O2 is runing proper at initial startup. I would recommend getting a O2 sensor gauge.

The better bet is to get the software from TCD, it just works better than the adaptation stuff.

Save yourself A LOT of trouble and get the full plug-and-play MS system from TCD. It will have the ECU, custom wire harness and be pre programmed for PEAK performance……………too easy!
