OT 524td (manifold and turbo on an) e30
What parts do you need to make the 524td manifold and turbo work on an m20?

Apparently you'll need to slot about half of the mounting holes in the manifold to get it to bolt up. You'll still need piping (intake and exhaust), and you will still have a non-optimized setup that will probably perform at a sub-par level. I have no first-hand experience with the retrofit, but it was made for a diesel engine of similar size and design, so it MIGHT work satisfactorily.
