Guys if your looking for some rare euro parts, look no further.

Thomas Rücker @ http://www.e28-teile.de

email: tom@e28-teile.de for parts request.

I bought a as he called it "Standard flywheel" for a 524td. Seems to be the dual mass or "large mass" to me. Anyhow, flywheel is in excellent condition, with minimal wear on the ring gear. Surface is perfect, no hint of hot spotting. Even came with washer ring and bolts! Shipping was fast too!

$95 for the flywheel
$55 to ship

Great guy, Todd Held a BBS rear apron that i had been saving the extra cash for through the Christmas/holiday season. This helped me finally collect all the body pieces to finish this BBS body kit. Thanks again Todd @ everyone at TCD. Once I get my car back together I'll save up enough money to get a turbo unit installed.

ChefShawn - NICE PICTURE!

I tried an 8mm wire set from BavAuto only because I needed a new set and thought "What the heck, it won't give me colder spark, if anything, it may only burn a tad better." Well, they stuff 8mm wires into the same housing that the 7mm wires are sold in, so when the #6 wire didn't reach the plug, I had to redo everything because the wires are too tight. (and you know a good chunk of the cost is in the labor putting it all together). Then I noticed that it doesn't have clips in the plug connection, it just slides over the threaded plug post - AND LOOSELY! Also, the boots are very flimsy and a very big PITA to get on. I was going to try dielectric grease, but I know that can make it even more difficult because it traps air in making the boot pop back off so I didn't try. Needless to say, I eventually got them on but called BavAuto the next day to convey my frustration. They offered to send out the stock set, pay for shipping, and credit me the other set after they received it - even though I had used it. Great service, but bad product IMO.

Questionable transaction forced to a PayPal refund with Robbie:

I paid $115 for SAAB moonroof parts through paypal... I paid on the 18th and went until the 26th without hearing any response after payment... I emailed him a few times with no response.. I didn't even know if he actually got the money, even though it was taken out of my account.. I checked his profile before purchasing and saw that he had 39 posts and is a member who transferred from the old board.. made me think that he is not somebody trying to scam anyone. I finally received a phone call from the guy and he left a voicemail message telling me that the roof is no longer a top priority since he is now waiting for a liver transplant. He claimed to be in a life or death situation and hoped I would understand. I felt bad for the guys situation but still sent an email back asking if it'd be better to complete the transaction at a later date. I said that if he agrees to that, to paypal me back the money. I waited a few more days with no response at all which left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I was forced to take up the issue with PayPal. I just received a notice letting me know that they are working in my favor and that the money is returned to my account.. I hope that Robbie is alright and recovering if all of what he claims were true. Seeing that I was not warned before my payment that he was ill and didn't receive any responses after the transaction really worried me.. I really hate to think that this transaction was a scam to play on my sympathy, but seeing that I still have not heard from him causes me to question his honesty. I want to leave this warning for others before making a transaction with Robbie. If I find out that the medical claims are true, than I will fix this post with the updated info..

Does anybody else have these parts for sale?!?! I still need them!

Edit: My deepest condolences go out to Robbie and his family, as I just read a thread speaking about his passing away recently.. Please disregard this post as I just learned that all claims made by him were true. I just happened to make a transaction at a poor time..

I bought a cassette deck (not a car one) from RoyW - great guy. It hadn't been used in years and needed an overhaul - he paid for the parts!

Steve Haygood is amazing - correct parts received quickly - nice guy to talk to also.

skip535i sent me a dashmat and had me pay after receipt. Everything came out nicely there.

Kyle in NO sent Euro Grilles - just as advertised and well packaged - thank God, since the box was destroyed.

Tammer is a great guy to deal with despite the troubles he had getting the parts from the car, then as luck would have it, the one part I buy is the one he didn't pull, so it was screwed up.

Sherman Martinez (vviking) sold me what he was advertising, although I was confused as to what that was (apparently horn pad differs from horn button).

Thanks guys!

Positive bump for board member tannercore.

If I'd gotten the heater solenoid valve any faster, I would have suspected he used Fed Ex overnight!

NIB, exactly as advertised.

A+
