The TCD S2 is "capable" of far more power. Skeen isn't running the highest boost right now and it looks like theres some room for some tuning improvements. If you look at one of Todd's dyno graphs you'll see that the system made over 400wtq between 3000 and 5000+ rpm.

Also, you can do the S2 with MS setup for less than $10k. Yes, you also get much more torque. This is definitely not the limit for the car either. I'm running 13 lbs and plan to run 16-18 after messing with the tuning a bit more.
I believe Todd's red car is still running around at that boost level, which is something like 400whp/440wtq. Drivetrain is probably more stressed than the engine, especially in a street car.
