Turbo help TCD and all other Pros?

Post by belitwo »

Just got a e23 m106 turbo set up. I need to know what would be the best way to go? TCD, talking about a rebuilt, I really would like to go with the m102 block and a m106 head if they could work together, and I can get right now(but not the m106 block)? Or would the m30b35 be the a better choice, or m30b35 block and m106 head? And what would the best way to go, as far as parts for either rebuilt?

Thanks

If you're changing parts may as well go for the m30b35 engine. Go large on the turbo, get some adequate fuel/ignition management and install a decent exhaust system on the car.

Go with a M30B35 engine. The only advantage the M106 block has is the oil jets. You can easily have them installed in a M30B35 block.

And it is TCD, not TDC BTW.
