Dayton OH here, e30, e28, (new purchase) e28 for m'lady!KFunk wrote:lookin for some ohioans.... anyone?
There's one guy in the BMW CCA group down here with an alpine/cardinal 535i and an old lady I see buzzing around in her red 535is.
What e28's do you have? I would gladly trade a 6 pack for a ride/drive of a 535is. I'm in the market (next year) but really don't have a feel for these cars yet.
EDIT: just saw your sig. Make that a 6 pack of import beer.

Ah man, missed me by three years in the 'Nati. I've moved north since. If you are new to BMW's (guessing not) I can point you in the direction of some resources down there. I don't remember any other Cincinnati forum members around here. FWIW, I do still visit family down there, and usually make the trip in one of the E28's when the weather is agreeable. That won't be very soon though.96cali wrote:There's one guy in the BMW CCA group down here with an alpine/cardinal 535i and an old lady I see buzzing around in her red 535is.

I need to join BMW CCA... So much to do, so little money left over after buying parts!96cali wrote:There's one guy in the BMW CCA group down here with an alpine/cardinal 535i and an old lady I see buzzing around in her red 535is.

We just bought a 524TD eurospec, I live in Whistler. Looking for some basketweave wheels, anyone local got some?Al Canuck wrote:88535i wrote:any vancouver bc 5ers around?
There are a few of us!
We've got everything from a 518, to a pair of black over black M5's, M535i, several 535i's, a 535is, and even a 528e in the midst.
Nothing offically organised, but we're out there.

I'm in the Bay - bummed that i'm missing the get together across the way on the 16th. We're going to try a all euro bbq out at he coast this year - likely south of half moon bay at greyhound rock.
