It is from an original UKBMW advertisement where the Concord Jet is parked over a M535i with the following line:
"The M535i needs a turbo like the Concorde needs a propeller"....LOL, love ya Todd......
At the bottom it lists the specs of the euro M535i, price $21K GBP's, and some other neat info...will post pic once I get it back from the printers...
TT yours is on me....

I remember the poster of Concorde with the M1 sitting under it, but not familiar with the one you described - what are the details?

Question about the pic above.

It's kinda dark, but those are some kick-ass look'n wheels on that "factory 535is".
Is that what came standard on the car? They look fairly low-profile for the era, and look how wide the rears are.

You're kidding, right? Those are the standard TRXs.

As for the size, they're the same front and rear -- it's a visual illusion due to a long focal length lens. You're expecting to see "perspective" as you see it with the human eye. A 50mm focal length is roughly equivalent to this, and under 25mm is "fisheye" which makes things in the foreground extremely large in comparison to the background and sides, which appear to be reduced in size; a long focal-length lens does the opposite.

Layton and BNC,
I would definetly commit to buying a copy of those two posters IF you made them available to the motley crew here on the board. Thanks! :D

Shawn is correct -- everything on the car in the poster photo is stock! It is kind of a dark photo . . I'll see if I can get a better one soon!

Add me to the list for both posters. My garage is in dire need of BMW posters. Specifically e28 posters.
