ALmost have all the harness' out of the engine bay,( they are out back to the firewall) boy that is going to be fun putting back in ......
Only thing left is ABS lines and insulation.....EVERYTHING else is gone...
Jake dropped by later in the afternoon, we got the exhaust out, gas tank and put it up on blocks for the rotisserie transfer next week...THANKS JAKE!!!
Monday...drop the subframes, pull the doors and little interior work and it is BBQ time!!!!!!
Thanks Rich in Savannah for the "TIP" on the gas filler neck trim, was a time saver......
I can't say it enough, this car is rock solid, it's never been apart before and it just amazes me how rust free it is, the area above the gastank had me worried because I figured if it rusted anywhere that would be it, not a speck of rust anywhere back there....
No pics today, well ones that you would want to see, filled the camera full of Wiring harness and engine bay pics so hopefully I can get everything back in the right place.....
Off to work again....
Thanks again Jake!!!!!
Good Day on the Project today...

Pretty Much, I am going to take anywhere that is behind /under a spoiler down to the metal, apply the POR-15 then topcoat with my color, even the factory primer can't beat rust....POR15 will seal it for good, also doing inside the rockers and door bottoms, trunk floor, spare tire well, battery box area, ABS area ect, only going to do this once....
whatta you think of that left nut???
