Can a set of power heated seats be installed into a car that does not have power seats?If so then how hard is it to wire the car to accept the power seats?86 535i comfort power heated seats into an 83 528e with non power comfort seats. :? :? :?

uhhmn, find a donor e-28 , and rob the hardware and harnesses. Should be plug and play, If not, it needs power from a constant source 25 amp , fuse, 4, IIRC. What are you doing next Sun, Nanook? :D

kendogg, heated seats were an option. If your seats aren't heated there are companies that sell seat heater kits.

Yes. You'll find the connectors hanging out of the carpeting under there and, at the other end ... somewhere in the dash. %)
