I recently bought a set of wheels off of T_C_D. I must admit I was flaky with him and promised to drive and pick them up to save myself some cash. He waited and never hurried me, when I finally contacted him back we came to agree he would ship them. I received the wheels the next day. Also to comment on another post they were packed rather nicely. Anyway thank you again mr TCD and hopefully I can purchase from you again.

David B is one of the best sellers I've ever dealt with online. When issues arose over the condition of certain items he stepped up and made everything right. He's a stand-up guy and highly trustworthy.

funfunfer

Post by grey ghost »

I have to give funfunfer big props. Its a little late but never late. He sent me a set of rear e34 540 vented rotors for a price that I can't even admit to.
Not to mention the packaging, and the fact that he sent them to me to inspect first before I even paid him.
Upstanding board menber indeed..
I look foward to meeting him in the spring at the shindig I'm throwing....

I ordered Tie Rod assemblies, a center drag link, an Idler arm, and some brake pressure switches from Steve (BluntTech on the board) after he told me he could beat BavAuto's prices and ship it for free as well, but faster.. I had no idea how fast! I paid yesterday and received them today! Holy crap! They came brand new and well packaged! He's a great seller! I think we might have a new Haygood replacement on our hands! :alright:

Purchased a rear IS spoiler from trips2winracing.......worst forum experience of my life (so far!!). Item was represented as "excellent condition". Did not ship in time agreed. When I received the item, he had put this "excellent condition" spoiler in a bare cardboard box with no wrapping, popcorn or bubblewrap so guess what Einstein??? It is now scratched and chipped all over! When I contacted him about this, he said I should take it up with UPS. When I told him it as no fault of UPS (the exterior of the box was fine) and that the damage was caused by his lack of care in packing it, he sent me a message which said "Blow me a##hole". And he never would speak to me via phone. Stay away from this guy.........karma will get him.

Man, T_C_D kicks some major ass. Not only did he give me the hookup, but the packing job was the best so far - as good as mine.

Techboy is a man of his word. The Lemforder tie-rods are new in bag as advertised. Shipping was quick and reasonable.

Thanks for the drama-free transaction.

As is Murfinator. Thanks for the injectors.

Also had a great experience buying brakes from Bimmerguy2002.

MannyD is supposedly working on shipping me a head I paid for over a month ago. I really hope he comes through. I need the part. :bawl:

He promised to ship it last week, but I still haven't heard from him so I finally sent him an ultimatum today- get me a tracking number by Friday or I will open a dispute with Paypal...

My experience with Manny D. has been very similar. I paid over 6 weeks ago for my Mtech Wheel and e24 hood shocks. I got the steering wheel and shocks 3 weeks later... and while the wheel was good, the shocks were worn out and worthless. He said he would have a good set out to me asap.

3 weeks go by and I still haven't seen the new shocks. He explains to me that he is still out of town and hasn't gone to the yard yet.  So, I paid him for parts he doesn't even have??? WTF over? So I give him an ultimatum... that he refund my $25 via paypal within 1 week and we'd be done. He said that wouldn't be a problem.

9 days have gone by, and no payment, and no repsonse to my calls or texts. I already opened a dispute with paypal, and still no refund as of yet. So it looks like I am out $25 for nothing. It really fucking sucks. I have been more than reasonable with Manny and he has provided poor customer service.

MannyD is a coward who is only slightly trustworthy. He is quick to receive payment and take your money, but slow to follow through with what he says he will do to make sure you get what you pay for. Loser.... In short, VERY unsatisfied!!!!

RoyW is a great seller!

Post by sennasixty8 »

Roy,

Thanks again for a flawless transaction, the amp is better than I expected for the money!

I have no doubt anything you sell is going to be excellent.

FWIW, I purchased a vintage A/D/S/ amplifier for next to nothing from him, and it was packed and shipped carefully and professionally.

Tammer in Philly

Post by Gadea »

Great experience buying a set of brand new gaskets from Tammer in Philly. Item shipped promptly, well packaged and item was just as advertised (brand new...well, they´re gaskets, duh!). Communication was great, and it wasn´t even his stuff, he posted for a friend. Very satisfied.
