Traded wheels with 87Royal. Wheels shipped in a timely manner but the packaging was amateur at best. Putting 2 wheels in a box with a piece of cardboard between them doesn't protect them from anything.

I recently bought parts from South26 (Andy South) and Ben Allison, both transactions went smooth. The shipping was fast, and the parts were as requested in good shape. I would highly recommend doing business with both of these individuals.

Sorry that didn't suffice, I'm pretty sure I doubled up on the cardboard on all sides where there would be contact, the wheels were not touching each other, not much different than the packing I got from you. Received only half of shipment today.

Captain Bavaria --Good seller. Great communication and fast shipping.

Steve Blunt (Blunt Tech) -- I bought a set of Meyle HD UCAs for my e34. He beat the Autohausaz price, shipped them before I paid, and they arrived on my door step in less than 24 hours.  Amazing Service.

I'll take pics of the boxes and add them to my post. The boxes you received from me are stuffed with paper so the wheels cannot move around. The boxes I received from you are torn and the wheels are visible without opening the boxes. There is no packing material! No doubt they received cosmetic damage from the transit and shitty packing. As always it just boils down to laziness.

I even asked you if you were sure you could package them properly 2 to a box to help save you $$$ and you said yes. Shitty packing just pisses me off.

I have shipped literally tens of thousands of packages in the past ten years with almost no damages. It just takes effort to do it right.

All were very helpful, and the transactions were smooth.
I would buy from any of them again.

Chris shipped some widely varied items to me (ranging from switches to a pfeba rear valance) all in the same box. Awesome packing job, everything well protected. He even trans-shipped another item to me I couldn't get shipped directly to Canada.

It is a great pleasure dealing with someone who worries about your cross-border purchase experience.

Oh, and it took a week to arrive. :D

Thanks Chris!

I would not buy anything from Rock Auto ever again, purchased new Visteon brand E30 318is radiator which failed on recent trip driving car from VA to CO. Only 9 months old and 5000 miles. Would not cover warranty (asked for credit). Bad quality part, drain plug on expansion tank cracked open. Fitted replacement from Advance Auto in their parking lot after AAA tow off 1-40, everything fine now.
They obviously do not warranty anything themselves, just pass off to the supplier.
Buyer beware.

gt50lou: not a good buyer. Was in contact with him a for more then a month about him buying a roof off one of my cars. I was happy to help out, I even rearranged my weekend for him, 2 hours before he was suppose to be here he decides to e-mail me that he was not coming. The problem with this is he lives more then 2 hours away, I believe the only reason he e-mailed to let me know he was not coming was that I e-mailed him to double check. So in short I would not sell to him unless you want to waste your time.

Great guy, and good luck on the land speed record on bio-diesel and/or soybean oil w/ an e30 vert...

MInotaur, Highly recommended user. sent payment ASAP for turn signal stalk.

D UNIT, Bought a roof rack from him, just as described! I blame UPS for slow shipping but communication and parts are A-1.

Livabetes, Quick payment for center caps, recommended buyer.

ElJefe125 gave me a great deal on a 535is valance so I helped him pull a transmission!

Parts Dept Brian was a pleasure to do business with, provided some great info, and was way cheaper than going across the street to the dealer!

euro635gas lined up some suspension goodies for a great deal that shipped like lightning!

south26 was able to get me some used stuff and not only saved me a trip to the junkyard but some cash as well!

vintagemotorsportsofMD hooked me up with some factory parts and installed them @ $35/hour!! Jason's work is sound and thorough, my ride now actually runs the way it’s supposed to! I'll be back again in October to do the trans mounts and exhaust.

Some might call it luck but I prefer to let the experiences above reflect the integrity of the people here.
