I have noticed that for the past couple of a days I've been receiving this error message quite often:
You cannot make another search so soon after your last; please try again in a short while.
I also have received a message about posting too soon, when trying to edit a post. I know I was used to these error messages a few years ago, but they went away as the board was moved to a faster server. Has it recently been downgraded or something? I have experienced this on different internet connections, so it's due to my own error. I'm just curious if there has been any changes that took place recently.
The searching message is based on the server time clock (at least it is in the new version of phpbb), it doesn't have anything to do with the speed of the server or bandwidth. I have noticed a couple odd little problems though, this morning I got a "could not connect to database" message and a couple days ago the site was completely down, couldn't ping or anything .
