NHL season dies a senseless death
Growing up in Detroit, now living in San Diego
I really miss Hockeytown, Don Cherry, and Octopus
I hope this doesn't spread to the other pro sports
but you know how spoiled athletes are. Its only
going to get worse. A team can't get by on 42.5
Million for 1 season, and hockey players aren't
even close to being as 'bling-bling' as other sports.
I've gone from Hockeytown to Hockeyfrown
No season, no cup, fewer fans in the future
A season w/o Hockey is like a day w/o BMW's & sunshine (
As one that's born and raised in the Old South, a year without hockey is like a fish without a bycycle to me. :p
Sorry, guys, I hardly noticed its absence
It's just another one o' them 'Stick & Ball' sports. No ball, maybe, but lots o' sticks & guys bangin' into each other without any fenders or doors in between. IOW, it's not racing!
