My plan is to use this on the Alpina B9. I've been searching for a replacement Alpina spoiler for over 2 years, without success. I'll mount this Zender spoiler and then try to get my original Alpina spoiler refinished. I've heard some talk that Paul LaDue knows a guy in CA who can properly refinish these spoilers. We'll see.
If I can get the Alpina spoiler properly refinished, this Zender spoiler will be back on the market at that time. Thanks to Nico for an excellent trans-Atlantic transaction!

In all seriousness, I didn't know that you have been looking for 2 years!! The '85 H5S I had has a refinished boot lid spoiler on it, so it is possible. It had nothing to do with me, though.
Guys:
Thanks to Paul LaDue, I've got a NIB Alpina rear spoiler that's now mounted on the B9. Therefore, this spoiler is for sale again.
It has been on the car for less than a year, rarely in the sun and is in "like new" condition. I've still got the original Zender box, catalogue (in German) and the decals! I seem to recall that Ed Locke had PMed me about this at the time I bought it, so if Ed still wants it, he's got dibs.
$250 plus shipping is the price.

My 533i had one of these on it when my buddy Mike bought the car from the original owner. The ends will rub the paint off the top corners of the rear fenders where the spoiler touches them. The one on my car had been there for about 16 or 17 years and had gotten wavy. When Mike had it removed and replaced with the BMW OEM trunk spoiler, the shop had to reshoot the corners of the fenders. Soooo..... The buyer of the spoiler should be mindful to put some sort of film protectant on the paint where this thing touches.
