Midwest caravan to Tex-Fest LSB&F III ???

Post by Nebraska_e28 »

I'm tentatively slating myself to make to trip to Tex-Fest LSB&F III - October 21-22-23, 2011. It's only a 15hr drive so that easily be driven straight through in the blink of an eye. Anyone else game to roll?

Time it to meet the guys coming down from DFW, that'll make the last few hours :haul: .

If I were on your route, you could break up the trip with a sleep-over if needed. ;)

Turbo'd E28s FTW.

Jose, you'd better get that tuning done.

Could be. Timing is right -- need a little time to get the eta ready for 18 hours on the road -- and location is perfect; my wife's brother lives in Austin. That could be a real selling point... "Just think! If you came along, you could hang out with Dan for a couple of days and not have to deal with the boring car geek thing!" Just might work.

Dave, that's the Rustoleum car right?
And dang, right through Omaha, perfect!

You guys should go ahead and call in your room reservations at the host motel as rooms availability is very limited.
If you need to cancel I'm sure someone close by who has been procrastinating will thank you.

P.S.
The Three Sisters await your arrival.

I'll be sure to avoid mention of any "Three Sisters" when discussing this with the wife; that would put the kibosh on the trip for sure.

Not if she knew the Three Sisters.
Her knowing you and your desires and needs like she does,
she'd send you their way with her blessings. ;)
