I assure you the car is real, no need to flag. I was building this to be a DD/Fun street machine, Id rather pass it along to another enthusiest than have it sit in storage for over a year. Runs great, loads of torque, just needs some minor stuff to be perfect. Dont be afraid to make an offer, worst i can say is no thanks. The good: BBS wheels have been powder and clear coated, Yokohama S Drive tires almost 2 years old, but with less than 2,000 miles, UUC Short Shift, UUC Ultimate Exhaust(Sounds Great), dash replaced in 2008 and has been in covered storage ever since(As New), replaced Dinan Performance Chip with proprietary software upgrade(Chip comes with car), 133,xxx miles.

Currently the brake lights are permanently on and I have not tried to solve this problem. The car does have a few small dings; one most noticeably is a small crease over the front driver's side wheel. The car still gets tons of compliments, but shows some age on closer inspection. It will definitely be a great daily driver and is not a garage queen. The price reflects the current condition. I have all records of maintenance performed back through 2001 plus a few from the late 90's.

1984 BMW E28 535i Euro - $3900 (Elkins Park)

Great running 1984 European Model E28 with many newer parts. Car underwent a drivetrain restoration several years ago that included replacing the engine with a newer lower mileage B35 block with a rebuilt B34 head and a rare euro model dog leg transmission. The car has around 25k miles since the swap and around 170K on the chasis. Highlights include a light weight flywheel, 3.25 LSD, style 29 wheels and high performance tires with less than 8,000 miles, H&R lowering springs with Bilstein sport shocks, Magnaflow exhaust (sounds great without being too loud), and a 10" sub with 1,000 watt amp and newer speakers. This is a quick car that is a lot of fun to drive.

Known issues include:

-Needs SI board- battery pack is dead and both the gas gauge and temp gauge are a little off
-AC is currently not working- compressor has not kicked on in at least a year and i have not looked into it
-Odometer quit on me over the summer- reads 166,000 and I have probably put on another 3-4000 miles
-Paint needs some love- Driver side looks good but passenger side has some peeling on the doors and rear fender
-Body is pretty straight but does have some dings and scratches, mostly on the doors
-Dash has some cracking
-Leather has been removed from the steering wheel
-Car is fairly clean rust wise, but has not escaped it- small spot under windshield seal and on bottom if inner rear drivers side door

I ordered the car new and purchased all of the options available at that time including, a fully-lined removeable hard top roof, heated front seats, slip differential, metallic paint, and later put in a BMW trunk-mounted CD player. As stated in the title, up for sale is a 1998 Dinan Stage 3 Supercharged M3. It is Alpine white with black leather interior with 87k miles. This means it has a supercharger and dynos 311whp (have dyno sheet). Dealer Installed Dinan Equipment!

Dinan Upgraded Pulley set
M50 Intake Manifold
Aftermarket head unit with external amp, good sounding system
