Make sure your hoses are clamped tightly to the housing and that all the sensors are on snug with new crush washers. I powder coated my housing and a small amount of coolant seeped out of one sensors and etched the paint. Now it's a big eyesore.beanzermin wrote:picked these up from my powder coater last week. gonna install them this weekend!

thanks for the heads up. hoses shouldn't be an issue they are silicone. i had to fight with them on the housing just to get them on took me about 20 minutes to do so. lol.OcCoupe wrote:Make sure your hoses are clamped tightly to the housing and that all the sensors are on snug with new crush washers. That intake is hot.Budski wrote:
I mean that literally, all that intake does is suck in hot air from right above the exhaust manifold. Horsepower reducing mods FTW!

The earliest one I can find...
After the B34 head went on the B35 bottom end.
The next round of wire-tucking and painting has commenced. Expect the PCV rerouted to the IACV port on the manifold, IACV delete, battery relocation, M30B28 intake manifold, MAF, hydroboost system removal, coolant overflow rerouted to battery tray, and a lot more copper hardware, all by the end of the year.
