My Christmas break starts in three hours. I'll be back at work Wednesday night. Still have shopping to do. Well, really just one gift and I get to go to fry's so it's all good.

Please watch yourself and watch out for the other guy too if you're driving anywhere. Are you an Organ donor?

Merry Christmas.

Does this mean I can text you now? I know you prefer a no kidding phone call...

Got the electric car together for the kidlets (before dinner, even!) I kept the high speed (5mph) lockout pin in to see how the boys do before i crank up the juice. Hehehe.
Now I can relax, Heather already wrapped the other presents!

I have sent a few text, but I think I threw a thumb out of joint.
Either way, don't expect a quick response, as I'll first have to figure out how to tell if I've got one.Have fun with that one guys.

I think I'll call it a night.
It's been a long day. Between all my childruns' and all them other young 'uns, . . .I'm done. There is a mess of them.
Hee Haw.
I do try to remain civil, but when a nephew kicks you full on in the nuts, . . .I go all "Ranger Choke Hold" on their ass. Funny how my hand fits differently on his narrow ass throat than others I've had to throttle. -I feel he learned something tonight that they won't EVER teach in Boy Scouts.

I had to dig down to page four of GC to find this thread... Come on guys; we're far more random than that. :tsk:

We sat down & watched the Tournament of Roses Parade this morning, mostly because the marching band from our kids' high school (Lincoln High Patriots) was in it, for the fourth time. We don't have anybody in the band this year, but once a band geek... Our two oldest kids marched in that parade the last time they were there, in 2005, and they were pretty pumped about this one. Fun to see kids we know showing off a little too. ;)

I was kinda keeping an eye on the lineup in the parade, so we'd know when to expect Lincoln to be on, and was really disappointed that they skipped over some of the entries entirely. Like Ondar and the Eagles of Tuva... I would've dearly loved to see why they were in the parade. Disappoint.

I figured out Ondar's claim to fame a day or so back; Tuvan Throat Singing. Here he is performing on David Letterman. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVyyhHFKI8E
And here is a female Tuvan throat singer. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=en ... PnVPI&NR=1

Totally didn't expect that sound coming from a woman.

My cat poops in Guiness record fashion, it's cold outside and unfortunately even though a very rare filet sounds great, I have no grill in the backyard anymore.

And oh yeah, the elastic in my underwear is worn out. Oh well...

It's taken 15 years, but my wife no longer winces when my mother reaches for the "steak sauce" or puts ice in her red wine.

I came about this close to getting some front end customization done to the e32 this afternoon... Driving down a four-lane street on the way home, some ditzy broad pulled out of a parking lot as I approached and stopped with the rear half of her ugly blob of an SUV sticking half way into my lane to wait for another car to go by in the other direction. What kind of idiot does that, even when there isn't any traffic coming? I was on the inside lane and there was another car right behind me in the right hand lane, so I couldn't move over; both of us doing between 35-40 mph. There were no cars behind us for several blocks. Would've just killed her to wait the two seconds for us to pass before pulling out.

ABS & the Blizzaks did their job on the slightly slick pavement and hauled the beast down to a stop with about a foot to spare. But if horns and high beams could kill...

Maybe this will make up for the throat singer videos.

These guys are good. If you've ever played a brass instrument, trombone especially, you'll appreciate their talent.
Funny too. Watch for the "baptism"; I nearly busted a gut on that part. :hysterical:

Those guys are awesome, the "baptism" was easily one of the more disgusting things I've seen done in music, lol.

That was some of the best trombone playing I've ever seen. All of them were really good.
