I recently bought parts from 2manyBimmers and it was a very positive experience.

He was very quick to respond to PMs and very quick to ship. As it turned out, it wasn't the part I was expecting (my bad, not his), but when I pointed that out, he instantly refunded my purchase price, even before I'd sent the part back. Excellent "good business & great customer service" approach!

Parts were as described, well packaged, communications were good and a prompt response.

Thank you Rich.

Buyer beware of Allin83! It's been over 2 weeks since receiving my payment for parts and still nothing, not even a notification of shipment. My text and PayPal messages are not being answered. Answered quickly when I was inquiring. There was one other post about Allin83 and would like to hear if anyone else has purchase from them.

I can back this up. I purchased an instrument cluster from them around 2 months ago. Payment was sent on Monday January 25th, Tuesday January 26th I got a message saying that it would be shipped later that day and would arrive Friday the 29th. I inquired about a tracking number the day after payment was sent and got no response. On the 27th (Wednesday), I got a message saying that it had just been shipped. That Friday (29th) rolled around and nothing. I sent a message and was told "Looks like monday or tuesday boss I just did regular shipping." Fine, I wait until Monday February 1st, nothing. The 2nd? LOL nope. It took until February 5th of shoddy communication and frustration to get my package. Now, I'm a reasonable man and I know what a pain it can be to ship something. Especially something delicate. HOWEVER, I get home that Friday and I see my package on the stoop, I'm overjoyed to put a working, model correct cluster in my car. I run inside, panting like a dog and ecstatic. (Who doesn't like getting car parts in the mail?) I grab my box cutter, cut away the tape, and open the box. My joy and happiness melted away faster than a Lancia in the rain. The housing glass(?) was completely shattered. The white casing was dirty and the 8 screws that hold it all together were more corroded and rusted than a penny dipped in battery acid. I got them out with pliers, vinegar, and patients. They just wrote the intro for the tragedy that lied inside. There were cobwebs all over, battery acid EVERYWHERE, rotted ribbon cables, and moisture destroyed boards. The SI board ribbon cables weren't even plugged into anything but I was told that it worked. When I sent a slightly spicy message asking what the fuck I was sent, I was told it may have been damaged in shipping....yeah fuckin right. I was offered the possibility to send it back and get my money refunded. It did take me a bit to get back to this message, I will admit. A week and a half after receiving the message that I could send it back for a full refund, I replied asking about an address and details of the sort. My message was opened but never replied to.

Buyer beware. Allin83 offers parts for prices that seem too good to be true and we all know the saying about things that seem too good to be true, they probably are.

@ Mwrench. I received today (barely 48 hours after placing order) my MWrench Steering Fix. I have to say how impressively manufactured quality part I've got and it seems very sturdy as well. Thank you Ed! Will buy from you other items from your site as needed.

I have a problem with a buyer on ebay, pennybond . I sold a BMW headlight lens, the auction number 161993886691 . This is a new lens, with many pics, with a pic from the reference and I specify at the description, Fits on right or left side, but verify the rear screw if it's the same than your car. If you have more questions, please ask.
Now, the buyer is threatening me, because he wants the part for free. He wants the refund, but not to return the item. He gave me a possitive feedback on mars-25, ebay and paypal have verified that I have reason
I'm also a buyer, and I think that we have to verify if parts will fit our car before purchase, because the seller don't know the car of all buyers. I accept the return of the part and I will refund the money from the auction, but, why I have to pay for it? Why I have to loose money?

Here you have the same pics from the auction,

Special ordered a set a nutria dyed leather seat covers from Zoomzoomzoom-ing (Steven) on ebay. I decided to go with Steven because he has experiance making seat cover kits for e28 and e30's. I provided him with a sample nutria color swatch which he matched perfectly including the grain/texture (see photo bellow). I pulled the trigger and within 10 days recieved the seat kit at a cost of ~$1000. Everything arrived intact and packaged well. I ordered two cans of nutria dye for the plastic bits on the seats. Covers look awesome so far. Everything looks 100% original. Premuim quality. I will update once I have the covers installed. Probably wont be for awhile as I am tied up with an engine swap and suspension rebuild, but I will check back with photos installed.

Thanks for the review, I'm sure a bunch more people will make a request after seeing that. Looks great.

Beautiful work on the threshold on your floor too, that's a tight seam.

Pennybond- or even dogabon: consider listing that light for sale again, market it as being in the US so no customs/heavy shipping. Maybe somebody here stateside would be happy to have it and would save some $.

I recently bought a set of EURO Chrome Bumpers from (USER ID: dogabon) - aka Felipe

Link found here: http://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?f=4& ... r#p1369981

First off, WOW - amazing guy. What you see is what you can expect to receive.
His attention to details and packaging EVERY single part individually really made it feel as if I bought brand new parts from a dealer.
I enjoyed unwrapping each part - piece by piece.

Parts were clean, exact to the pictures and genuine BMW.

I highly recommend him to all.

Recently acquired a complete plug and play electric moonroof from Frybrid 524td. Parts were exactly as described and very well packaged for transatlantic shipment of fragile items.

Brendan went above and beyond in his effort to keep the shipping costs to the UK as low as possible which is greatly appreciated.

Communications were prompt, clear and accurate.

I wholeheartedly recommend this seller to other members and would purchase from him again without hesitation.

Thank you Brendan.

Regards,

Mick

Recently acquired a rear view mirror with map reading lights from wkohler.

Chris was kind enough to ship it to an address that I was using in Florida while on holiday from the UK.

Parcel arrived quickly, was well packed and communications were good.

Thank you Chris.

Regards,

Mick

Recently aquired a front body piece from South26. This is the body part that the hood latches and upper parts of the grill fasten to. He had to cut it off a car.

I guess I was expecting to much for a used part but somehow, I thought I would receive a part that had not been smashed in an accident, bent up and filled with filler (not a good job at that).

This thing is so mangled its incredible. Even more incredible is the fact that he thought this was ok to send to someone in an effort to make a buck.

Tony, if I sent you an item that you are not happy with contact me and send pics of the what you are talking about, I do not just send parts to make a buck as you put it. If I missed something I am sorry, but I did not notice any filler, or bends beyond the slight bends that were made when cutting it off with the angle grinder.

Andy has an incredible reputation on here and if you have an issue with a part you purchased from him, contact him and he'll make it right. Do that before coming on here and saying bad about someone before giving them a chance to fix it

It is a Buyer seller feedback. i did not say bad. I said the truth. Now, if the parts just had minor bends from cutting them off, his idea of minor bends are much different than mine. I will post pics of the parts and you judge how minot they are.

EventuallyAyrton, go back and look at some of your bonehead posts before advising me on what to post.

So at this point in time you have called me out for something I missed, fine, could have just sent me pictures and asked to replace part and I would have, but anyway. Then I have offered after seeing the pictures to send you another one free of charge, you are still not happy? Yes I admit that I missed the filler and the part was not as it should have been,I missed that not sure how but I did. I have no problem with saying I screwed up, so what do you want?
