Move it from the garage to the barn to finish/start welding the exhaust back up. It's too humid, and mosquitoes like me more than, well, I guess anything, ever.

purchased a couple parts from Mr. Bedoya, thanks man. Also bought a radiator from Bimmerparts as my passenger end tank has started to leak.

next up is to make a list of the required cooling hoses (and purchase them) for the upcoming repair.

Worldpac here I come.

(sigh) saturday progress

I knew it was really bad, but still this was a bit surprising.
Last week we picked up a new ride for my wife's daily, so now the e28 is an "extra" car.

Next discovered the transfer pump inop was simply the fuel pump relay. Nice to have it up and working well again.

Yesterday: front and rear brakes done on the 535is. Fogs taken out.

Today: 535is passed inspection, replaced alternator belt on the eta because it got twisted somehow.

Tomorrow: wash day!

Haha, it's not THAT easy. There's a guy on R3V who makes them in any fabric for like $20.

I'm not mass producing them and I'm not great at it so I personally don't think it would be worth my time.

But if anyone wants tips, I'll be glad to give some!

This was a few days ago, but I stripped my stereo out of it and put it in my E30.

If I keep the car long enough, yes to door cars and visors, probably not headliner. My interiors pretty good so I'm leaving it for now.

Worshed & waxed and then stood around and made smart remarks while Jeff & Darin put the interior in Jeff's car.

cut more rot from the right front floor. Undercoating is soooo overrated as a rust preventative measure..
realized the flex joint in the header is toast.
rearranged the spare bronzit body parts.
watched a very promising squall line fall apart 5 miles from the house. Another week of 100+ temps. Is this the inverse of winter in Wisconsin? I feel trapped by the heat.

i replaced every last fuse, fixed turn signal, and installed a new radio deck. luckily the PO did all the work of running new speaker wire, unfortunately they are terrible at putting things back together :|
