It's a keyring. It may not be hypo allergenic, but what you do with it is your business ;)

And now, my box from Indiana:
Image

Lots of fun stuff!
2 XBOX games
GNR CD
Video golf game
Iphone case
M30 filter
Head mounted light
Toy Mini
Small metric drill bit set
Super bright LED light
Pens, post its, zip ties, BMW roundel football, inflatable squeaky mallet (the cats just love being bonked on the head with it), stickers, UUC coupon, and a butterfly bottle opener.

One of my personal favorites is the stick on emblem with some of the best Engrish I've ever seen.

I have a little netbook that I added a Solid State Drive to (that's a hard drive that doesn't spin.) It uses way less battery, boots super fast, and makes the little guy run so much better. It's a perfect computer to grab for a trip. Lucky guy!

Glad you like it! That emblem makes me lol everytime I read it.

The Golden Tee Golf is pretty fun, especially when you play for shots, lol

Well, I didn't get my priority box  but the extended family (18 of us here) do a present exchange and while they may not understand my sickness, they are at least supportive.

Image

I'm willing to bet the seatbelt covers will be in SOMEONE'S priority box next year, but the valve stem covers are going on Vlad.

Merry Christmas everyone!! Melekelikimaka.

pmorg98 wrote:Opened my box box from Max this morning. I felt like Jason Bourne or some other secret agent: it contained a mini laptop computer (my tech savvy kids tell me it's a "netbook"), a German made gas mask and a bottle of blue chalkline chalk. I powered up the computer and it works great! Max had left me a post it note with the passwords to get into it. I am convinced it contains some files that give me the mission that I need to complete that will require the use of a gas mask and blue chalkline chalk. A very cool box! I am typing this post on the very computer that I received from Max this morning, how cool is that! I have an ipad that I usually use but there are times when I have to borrow one of my kids laptops to order parts from websites that aren't too ipad friendly. Thanks Max and Merry Christmas to all!Image[/img]
you're welcome, glad you like it! I used that computer in the shop a lot to have the forum or a how-to site up to have the pics handy while I was working- it's a great little machine! It actually has both windows xp and ubuntu on it- you can probably just use windows if you like, but if you're the adventurous sort, it's a good linux learning machine.

The gas mask is awesome! I found it on craigslist while looking for a white elephant gift and ended up buying four of them because I wanted a couple and I figured it would be a good box item. Supposedly it meets all the requirements to actually work in a poison gas attack, but I hope we never get to test them :)

The chalkline chalk was just in there because it felt like a shame to use paper to pad the other stuff when the post office lets you make it as heavy as you want :) Hopefully you can find a good use for it, I know I use it a lot on the farm for marking out projects on the ground.

Merry christmas to you and yours!

Here is the contents from my box:

Vintage AZ license plate - awsome
Bag of rubber bands, which will likely become a rubber band ball
Hemorrhoid ointment - How did you know?!? This is new, I think... I hope...
2 airplane bottles of JD -
Stool softener
SeaFoam
Large File, new
Slim Jim (beef stick) - love those
HD paint stirring stick - funny because our local HDs have all been out of these for weeks
Condoms, Magnum of course
misc pens
Tabasco tie
Test light
Sweet keychain multi-tool
Personal lubricating gel
LED headlamp
Set of cloisonné roundels!!!1 - I think there are 4 for the wheels and 1 for the steering wheel. Very cool!
LED utility light
Baby making mix CD - "Play in order 1-12, Baby in 9 months LOL" This is contradictory with the condoms listed above
Set of work gloves
Last, but not least, a portrait of the man himself!

Saw the plate and knew it was MacNeil's bocks. Haha.

Those plates are actually a piece of copper. Not just plated, but actual copper. I'm afraid that once they get to the end of this series, they're going to go away. The plate I got for the 528i started with a V, so I think we're getting there. When the state mails you a regular plate, it's a bit under $2. When they send that one, it's $6.50 (you do get two).

Happy E28er in Philly

Post by PhillyM5 »

Opened my box today and I pleased. My son really loved the respect your elders sticker. The 2013 E28 calendar is missing from the picture but it was a delight to add to my collection of calendars. I now have some really good idea's for next year's priority box exchange.
Much love and respect to 1st 5er :)

I went straight for the road and track at the bottom and started reading it. My wife was looking through the rest of the box and asked how I could tell it wasn't the same stuff I sent out?

Thanks Andrew -- most of the parts will go to good use locally. The VDO senders are very timely since I need to fix the gauges in the Lemons car.

From one of my favorite beverages; Obsidian Stout. Sorry; the bottles didn't (hic) make the cut. ;)
Minotaur wrote:-BMW M5 t-shirt, size M
And sorry about the shirt size; that was one I bought for my youngest son back when he fit into it. He grew like a weed last year and now is 6'1" and outweighs me. But just a couple of weeks ago he was ready to head for school with that on. We had to send him back to his room for a shirt that fit, then my wife put it in the thrift store bag, and I rescued it. Thought you'd appreciate it more, even if it doesn't fit.
Minotaur wrote:-bottle of Carolus 11% alcohol content liquor (should be enough to start me on the way where I need to be)
That's my absolute favorite beer, Cuvée Van De Keizer Blauw from Brouwerij Het Anker. A Belgian strong dark ale. Excellent stuff. Hope you enjoy it; sorry I couldn't send more, but the rest of the four-pack just disappeared. ;)

My pleasure. Still waiting on pins & needles with the missing packages. Having had such a good track record the last couple of years makes this especially disappointing.

I opened mine from lv600 this morning, but we had to rush off to the in-laws' house soon after so I didn't have time to inventory or photograph the contents. Will do that later tonight. Pretty impressive package though; thanks Jon!

Who do you need to know/bribe to get one of those? This is next on my list. I have old plates from CA and NV, so one of these will complete the tri-state area! Lol!

Glad you liked it all. The Mayo is fresh so don't throw it out.
Be sure to point those hell-fire missles at a friend's house and then run inside. It will be a spectacular light and noise show bouncing around all their patio furniture. They will be impressed. Oh yeah, that copper ring with the sharp raised edges is called a "fighting ring". It is for show and go. Enjoy!

Glad you guys approve...It's a really nice ( NIB) set I bought a few years ago during the group buy. Never installed them, but refused to sell them with the 533 I sold last year. I think a Beamter home is appropriate.
As for the condoms, if they are too small I can return them.

Got my box and opened it up yesterday:

Used work gloves(should come in handy, I don't have a pair and I'm sure these have history)

Zip ties(to replace the ones I sent out to moosehead lol)

Two very cool garage signs! I'm in the process of building my garage up, so these will be wonderful!

Broken beanie? I'll turn it into a neck warmer lol

Microfiber spa towel, excellent you can never have too many :)

Bmw bumper insert! VERY COOL, I've been on the fence about doing it and this might just convince me to try it out :)

Thanks so much!

I'm really hurt, oldskool; I was holding out hope you'd show up at my door someday and we'd stroll on over to the DQ to redeem that token & enjoy a cold one. My dreams are shattered. I guess my offer goes to Andrew instead. I hope you're happy. :(

;)

Here's what I got from lv600, aka Jon:

Image

• A pile of car magazines,
• a CEMB nylon bag (very nice for holding all the loot),
• a Spray Sock balaclava-type thing,
• Slinky Jr.,
• Silly Straw,
• two Merciless Mings oval stickers and two Merciless Mings key fobs. No idea who this Mings is or why he's so merciless.
• an "I Bleed Purple" coozie,
• a Lexus key fob in a gift box,
• a cloud-rider.com heavy-duty bottle opener that will become one of my faves,
• A trial pack of Grease Bully Black Nitrile Gloves,
• a Red Kap bottle opener,
• a sample roll of ScotchGard Door Edge Guard Film,
• a Perryton Community Development Jelly Sticky Pad for keeping a phone in place on the dash,
• a Cen-Tech 7-function DVM along with a personal note from Jon about the importance of having one (since I already have one and my 20 year-old son doesn't, this one will be heading his way!),
• a combination bottle opener/pen knife/mini flashlight from the Craftsman Club; very heavy duty, and may compete with the cloud-rider.com opener ;) That makes 3 bottle openers from Jon. Hmmmm...
• two mini flashlights,
• a Hankook Tires lanyard,
• a couple of rubber wristbands,
• a USB LED light on a flexible stalk,
• a cool Welcome to Las Vegas SEMA Data Co-op hat pin that flashes four little LEDs pretty obnoxiously when you turn it on,
• a bag with some fireworks (the bottle popper got pulled when we finished opening gifts this morning, which scared the crap out of my youngest :heehee: )
• and a bar of Lava soap.

Many thanks, Jon. It's a box that might have easily come from my house!
