Actually no, I'm very reserved with my wimmens. Those sorority girls are just my neighbors. The girls I hang out with are very respectful.[/QUOTE]
Yeah, I figured, but your post about the sluts made my point easy to make.
Thanks for providing the contrast!

Times change. Values change. Needs change.
Though I never joined one, I hung out/partied with 3-4 different
Fraternities/Sororites in the undergraduate years. 3 of my
housemates were in the same Frat and for years after graduation
they used to have a camping trip that they took every year.
I wonder if they still do that?
Still, when I think of the people I knew while I was in college and hung
out with, there weren't many who are still close 20 years later.
Perhaps, pledging a Greek org. creates a better possibility to maintain
ties to the people, as well as the school, for a longer period of time.
You know that the greeks will continue to solicit support from alumnae.
I can imagine former brothers/sisters stopping in at their former quarters
when they visit their alma mater.
As one who was not in a greek org., I'll admit that I might have had a more
satisfying time during those fabulous 4 years, had I sought to pledge. At the,
I remember thinking, "Seems kinda silly to pay to have a group of people to
party with".

So a guy who sleeps around is a stud and a girl who sleeps around is a slut.....something wrong with that whole train of thought.......
No comment on the greeks, have seen the plus' and minus' of both sides, but today greeks are all about $$$.....
I have 2 daughters in college, I don't think either one is a slut,
I don't know if they have slept around, really don't care, I have done my best in teaching them what I consider to be right, but remember I am kinda liberal and if I hold them to a higher level than I held myself at that time I would be a hypocrit wouldn't I???
....but if they were going to do that, college is the time to do it, sow your oats while you can........ with careful selection and safely that is....
but one has had a boyfriend for 1.5 yrs and the other thinks guys are f*ckin *ssholes in her words, but she still wants a husband and kids one day so don't think that she is going the other way....
both make Deans list each semester and hold down jobs and volunteer at the E.R.....so it would be hard to find time to make a college career out being a slut...
Never understood the 72 virgins thing either...give me 72 Carmen Electras or Pam Andersons or better yet, 36 of each...woohoooooo
But back to the thread with pictures of other guys daughters....LOL......
TJ, you better have made me proud with these pics, the last ones of your guy friends hairy legs had me worried about you.....
Something is just not right about this post ....LOL......
I'm a sick, sick, sick man...
Is there a doctor in the house?????????.....

That is exactly the reason I never even considered joining a Fraternity.
Good discussion, though. Lots of interesting viewpoints.
The only thing I can relate to is the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, of which I am a student member for now, and will undoubtedly join after I graduate. But, of course, it is a professional society, not a fraternal society, so there are few parallels.
Now, TJ. Just email the best pics you have, and I will, um, review the evidence and see if it is worthy of posting.

Hey Guys,
Great thread at the beginning but me thinks somethin' happened in the middle that was not consistent with TJ's original intent. Now...more photos of naked college chicks in pudding (or not)...just scantily clad, attractive is fine by me, I'm an old married man
PS.
BNC, I've been lurkin' on this one
I work at a large state school (50,000+ students) in the lower southeast where there's more A-double-S (RandyC calls it "eye candy" ) than I've ever seen in my entire life...even compared to when I was an undergrad at UGA (~30,000 students) in the mid-80s. Its scary, I tell ya, SCARY....but I like it
Back in the day, I dated a good # of sorority girls some of whom were immature, or shallow, or dense, occassionally brilliant, occassionally beautiful (IMO), and most were just plain good / decent folks. I had a number of friends who were in frats but I never felt the need to join one...not my style at the time. Plus, I was trying to save my parents and myself some money.
I lived in the dorms around a bunch of GDI'ers some of whom were just socially unskilled or singularly focused on the goal of earning good grades, learning as much as possible, and getting a good job after graduation. I thought this was very pragmatic but somehow ignored the very point of late adolescence and early adulthood (i.e., youth)...to sometimes be reckless, act crazy, challenge authority, etc. You know...
carpe diem and all that
I had fun in college AND earned good grades...how 'bout that? I'm sure many here did as well...and are all the more well-rounded for it.
Now...more naked coeds and "girlz gone wild"

Besides that pic of Alex, the rest are very weak, very weak....
TJ, I think we should suspend your picture taking priviledges...
if you consider that to be WILD, you and your friends need to make a trip to Johnson City and hit the "Mouses' Ear".....it will blow your little virgin minds..... ~0

It was really one of those "you had to be there" things - nudity would have made things 100 times better.
