Will Kyle in NO's method work in fixing a high idle at 1k?
When I start my car cold, the idle stays pretty steady at 750rpm. After stepping on the gas pedal the car starts to hold a steady ilde at 1k. When the car gets to operating temperature that 1k idle gets really rough between 800rpm-1k. Could it be the ICV?
Replaced:
New Sparks plugs and Wires
Distributor cap and rotor.
