The dates are posted, hope you've marked your calendar.

Plan to bring your favorite beverage(s) to share.
I spoke to one of our own over the weekend, who is a home brewer,
well actually he visited my house and brought along some of his own craft beer.
Very tasty and Image, that's me on the right, and should show up in keg form.

Lodging info to follow shortly.
When it pops up, call in your reservations as early as possible.
(Remember, your cards won't be charged until you're there and can be cancelled before hand if necessary).

Keep :wrenchtime: .

Here's the lodging information.

Their website - http://www.rainbowcourts.com/
The "Accmodations & Rates" drop down describes each room/cabin.
Their phone number - 512-446-7375
To get our event rates mention - BMW meet

Call and get your reservations in early, there are only 29 rooms left for our weekend.

For those who may not know, your card is not charged when reservations are made.
The charge is completed upon check-out.

I've now got to get serious on those maintenance and cosmetic issues that plague our cars.

See you guys/gals there.

If your list is that long, you dont want it to be October buddy
You'll end up pulling an all night'er only to show up with what
looks like a LeMons car! Remember my car last year?
LOL

Cant wait to see your new ride

Sherman, what's the current number of people signed up? I will call for reservation in the next few days. Just not sure about taking a day off yet. Looking forward to it might bring my better half too.

Don't have a list going yet but I know of close to a dozen committed at this time.
Unless you work on Saturday, a day off isn't really necessary.
It's an easy drive up, most drive in after work on Friday.
Spouses, SOs, Better Halves, etc. are more than welcome.
My wife will be there, and probably in her own car. I hope I'll be able to keep up with her.

Oh yeah that's right! For some reason I though having Friday entirely. No work on Saturday. I am 99% coming. Will represent the E34s ;)
