So instead of driving this thing to the junkyard where it belongs I decided to turbocharge it
I sold the old M30B35 I had been running since 2012 and put in another low mileage (100k miles) M30B35 I had laying around

4th M30 in this junker and 3rd M30B35

ARP Headstuds
~890cc @3bar Siemens deka injectors
BorgWarner KKK K27.2 from a Mercedes OM906 6.4l truck engine
50mm wastegate
50mm blow off
A/A 4" thick intercooler that is waaay too large
Homemade turbo adapter

I dropped the engine in last week and have it up and running but have yet to drive it

Chassis flex is expected

I like the new direction it's heading in! Zero fucks given and just have fun, instead of junking it.

It must sound sick with that "exhaust" :D

I like the zero fucks given attitude. For all those naysayers: you did say you had another body on standby so that makes it OK :)
Do I spy some Audi leather seats? I've had a few Audis.
Are you in Island? My fam is from there

Yeah, I have another body that is in a much better shape than this one, but still needs some rust repair, the rust on this one was terminal when I got it
The seats are from a Mitsubishi Starion (Chrysler Conquest)

And yep I'm in Iceland :)

Is there any weight saving when you removed the paint?

Seriously, that's a pretty cool Rat E28. I like the flamethrower. That would freak out the person driving next to you at night.

Lol. According to Top Gear (R.I.P.) a '60s Mercedes SL has 40 pounds (!!!) of paint on it...
