This makes me laugh. People have been bolting cheap junk onto these motors long before everyone started a "build thread" to prove how smart/ingenious they are.

Good luck with the build.

Not saying i'm ingenious, just a college kid with barely enough money for a decent project.

I guess that seems like a good deal comes with a wastegate and still $50 less.

Is that an actual t3 flange drilled for a t4? Or a T4 flange drilled for a t3?
Cutting that off for a t4 wouldn't be worth $50 to me though.

btw, check out this 100% tial water cooled knock off. It even has the branding. what the heck?!

It's a T4 drilled for a T3 flange also.
I don't think that WG comes with the manifold, would have to check the description, but the one I bought last fall (ish) didn't come with one.

^That berney guy is a joke.

Well if it doesn't come with the wastegate the $50 discount is not worth it.
With G&T at least you have support if it cracks. but through ping ling on ebay you have non.

Really the $50 isnt't worth it because you wait for the part to be shipped from germany i think too, so it takes several weeks to receive, it's just nice to have both flanges.. From Ottis my manifold was on my door step within the week.

Update: A few parts are waiting on powder coating. So i'm trying to tackle MS2 Extra, but I can't get Tuner studio to recognize 3.3.1 may be a problem with the COM to USB adapter i bought, or a firmware issue (If anyone has had this problem please chime in.) Also if anyone has a stock base tune I would appreciate it.

Took me a while to figure out how to installed the one from diyautotune finally figured it out about 2am this morning. Had to make my USB port a COM3 port also. (along with a new driver) For me this was the most confusing part of the build yet. I think I have t handled now though.
