The allen key doesn't fit in the door motors. You have to use the wacky contraption of plastic thing with screw, special long piece with small allen key and spark plug wrench to use that.
Oh boy what a nightmare that would be if I were sinking in water, get the tools together and try to crank the window down, well now I know I'll just undo the sunroof thanks Chris.
The function of the tool isn't to roll the window down in an emergency. That's what the "Life Hammer" is for. This is more likely for rolling your window up when you see that storm cloud coming with the angry face:

You won't get in touch with him. He sold me a radio off eBay that was 100% working/tested, but has no fuse. I tried to ask what fuse it takes, but no dice. That was last year.
