Really nice car.
It's good to see a different take on the norm.
Have you wired in the electrics for the seat adjustments?

With all of the work you've put into that car, I think it's about time you add a third pedal.

I did not understand what you meant by that. pleace xplain. Different culture, so it is not always easy, to understand.
Thanks
Bent
Right now, your car has two pedals; gas and brake. A third would be the clutch pedal.

With all the "searching" you do, you would have found it by now. It's been discussed many times here.

Get your drift.
But its ok for me with automatic. Am not use the car for drift. And when i have 200hp and diff. 3.25 the automatic its good enough for me.

Bent
I bet that car is very fast!

I'm interested in pics of the e34 seat install. Did you modify the e34 rails or add the front retaining "hooks" to the e28 chassis? Nice car!

The front seats are relatively easy to add,you cut off the front hook and drill a hole for the bolt.
In the back enlarge the hole a bit.
Graft on the e28 seat side harness and bolt on and enjoy heated (and if you are lucky adjustable lumbar) seats.
Its the REAR fitment that I am curious about...

After spending some time in Tim's E34 M5 I can fully approve of those seats!
Randy,
Thanks for sharing the link to Bent's highly customized e28. I have come to love the seats in the e34 ///M5 as well. They're really comfortable for long hauls. I did about 13 hours of seat time in one 24 hour period when I bought the car. Almost as comfortable as Porsche 928s4 seats...almost.
Awesome job, Bent! I'm very impressed with the e34 M5 seating in an e28. I do not believe I've ever seen this done. I've seen e24 seats in an e9 though.
I'll bet the DynaMat really helps soak up some road noise and minimize sheet metal rattles from your mad 'lectronics. Personally, I've always had more trouble with the
wind noise in an e28.
Kudos!
Tim

wtf happened here? Now there's a 3 page thread with contributions from the original poster amounting to a bunch of smiley faces. Totally fucking worthless.

I don't particularly think that comment was necessary, though I'd like to know why he acted the way he did. I thought everyone was quite positiv.
