Installed Moosehead UCAB and front rotors. Found a basically sticking caliper on the left front. Need to find one STAT before RTT.

Thanks, but mine are 850 brakes. I called all of the parts houses. most did not stock it and couldn't deliver in time. Oddly enough, Autozone says they can get it on Tuesday, so they won. Now to go tackle that trans nut some more...

Gave Steve his first polish in what looks to be quite a while. Found a couple rust spots I missed in the pre-purchase inspection, but nothing life threatening.
Took him for his first spirited drive and decided that despite my initial plan to just run him till he dies, he's such a great driver that I'm probably going to do at least all 4 corners and maybe look for some 16's.
Anyone have any experience with the Turner Motorsports package:

H&R shocks + Bilstein sports. Should be firmer than stock, but not race-y?

Fixed my heater blower today which was doing a tweety bird act at one point and then just went dead. The site bailed me out once again and I just lubed it up real good and got it working once again. Now onto resolving while it's not heating at speed even though I did the heater valve repair. I'm thinking that one may be the thermostat or an air bubble.

Saturday I dug the heap28 from the lineup.
Threw the Rover's battery in it, no start.
"Borrowed" a main relay from dad's e30 and she fired right up after sitting for, eh, 8 months?
Drove up to the barn/shop, re-inflated the one tire that has a very slow leak, and put the car on the lift.
Drilled out a snapped off sway bar bracket bolt and re-installed the front sway bar.
Swapped the driveshaft with bad CSB with a rebuilt one with a good CSB w/out dropping my mess of an exhaust.
Reinstalled the rear interior that was piled up in the back of the car.
Figured out the right high beam relay was being sketchy.
Drove it after forgetting about it for almost 8 months.

Acquired a set of wheel arch flares for it, again. Third time of changing my mind and selling them off, but I think they'll suit it now that my tastes have matured. If not, ill have another set for sale soon.

Pulled over in a church parking lot because my wipers and signals quit working. Loose fuse....stupid ceramics.
Then got going again and my speedo and radio weren't working.
Goddammit. Fuses PLS.
Hit a bump and all is well, for now.....good to be back in my e28....I guess.

Finally got her an IS spoiler.
Rattlecanned it black with thick clear coat layers, polished, and mounted, looks pretty good!
Still a little wonky around the sides because I have an early Valance, need to put some spacers in the bracket, but it's on nice and secure.
Also I found some 16" Style 29's on CL that someone painted black and blue, picked them up (5) with good 205/55 r16 tires for cheap.
Like a jackass I didn't check while I was there and 4/5 tires are actually 225/60, only one is the advertised size (guess which one I checked), so the guy is going to replace them for me (they were from a local auto repair place).
I'll strip them after the winter unless I can get the tires removed cheap, but for now the black is growing on me
just a bit
