Wow. Gentlemen, back to your respective corners...

This is like a soap opera. As the Turbine Spins!

I think Sweeney would be cast as John Black or Roman Brady.
Would that make Todd the Marlena of the show :D
I see Cartech's Preston as Tony DiMera.

Don't even ask why I know these characters or their names. Useless information clogging up my brain.
Preston, any plans for a e30 M3 turbo kit?

Damon in STL
Sorry for the delay. Been out of town.

We do have a jig for a tubular manifold for the E30 M3. It was a project that Corky started and never finished. We could do one but I have not had any requests for that yet.
so preston do u have an ETA on the kits? christmas 05?
when do u think u'll be ready to sell?
Not at this time. I have an M20 donor in the shop we are working on. We have several M30 donors lined up as soon as the M20 mock-up is done.

The only outstanding issue was (from how I read it) if your manifold design and Cartech's design are the same. From your pics, it appears the two are different. So, this should be a done deal.
We were not discussing the M20 manifold. We were discussing the M30. I did not see Todd post pics of that manifold, so I do not think it is as simple as you do.
Preston is pissed since he got F'd by the foundary. He tried to re-coop his losses through you and John. You and John said no and did your own thing. And, then the name calling began. From the "facts" it looks like you and John are the ones in the right here. So, I support you guys on this issue. As far as the name calling and personal attacks go, I can't support anyone on that side.

Despite my frustrations with our previous foundry, we did not try to recoupe any money from anyone. The manifolds that were blems were not M30's (i.e. the ones we were resurecting). The final M30 manifolds sent to Todd were from the new foundry and did not have any issues.
